Year 3 / Lesson 25: Sticks and Follows This week we are working on Yellow Belt material both the Sticks combination and Follows. As always we begin with 2 Hands (Jab, Cross) to get synched up with our partner. Once we are comfortable let’s reset the hip and throw the Jab. After the 2, 1 add on the Sticks Combination (Jab, Uppercut, Hook, Body Kick). Feel free to add it in pieces until everyone has it down. Off the Body Kick we’re going to add the Follow. Land the leg forward off the kick transferring your weight forward and switching stances. From there add the cross, hook, and another body kick.
